REFUND POLICY

Plant Returns and Exchanges:

At Cheeky Green we handpick our plants personally from local suppliers. New plants are available weekly and we make sure that the plants are kept under optimal conditions in our Garden Studio. 

If you require any care information or have plant care questions we are available to chat via email or telephone. 

If a plant you have purchased has health issues originating from before it arrived please contact us immediately and we will organise an exchange or refund. To help the process run smoothly please take as many photos as you can and contact us directly. 

Plants are a living organism and must be cared for correctly to ensure health; therefore, we only offer refunds and exchanges within 7 days of delivery. 
We do not accept change of mind returns.

Cheeky Green Planters:

We offer a 30 days return policy on our planters if they are faulty or damaged. Please contact us via hello@cheekygreen.com.au or ring Natalie on 0449 875 187. We do not accept change of mind returns.

Colours of fabrics may appear differently depending on your screen. No filters are used in the photo editing process and extreme care is taken to represent the product as close to real life as possible.
